Significant Cost Reductions : 

The DiamondBack suite has very simple hardware
requirements. There is no need for expensive digital
gateways, PBX’s or interface cards.

Depending on the size of the centre the solution can
be deployed on a relatively inexpensive Desktop
Computer.

The server component is developed to run on a
Linux platform thus reducing the cost to deploy.

The client side is Java based and is operating system
independent.

 

Stability and Scalability :

DiamondBack was developed keeping a distributed
architecture in mind, this allows the dialer to operate
and load balance over a number of servers. The
databases required can also be deployed on multiple
machines, hereby maintaining redundancy of data and
application capability. In the event of failure there is
seamless switchover to the alternate hardware.

The solution works on clustered hardware thus
allowing scalability to a large number of agents by
